What food waste do we take?

We take all FOOD waste

  • Dairy
  • Meat, Bones
  • Eggs Shells
  • Bread, Rice, Pasta, etc
  • Vege Scraps 
  • Fruit Scraps, citrus, etc (Please REMOVE FRUIT STICKERS as these are made of plastic)
  • Coffee, tea leaves (NOT TEA BAGS, unfortunately lots of them contain plastic)

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

  • On a desktop click 'SIGN IN' in the top right hand corner or on a mobile device select 'My ACCOUNT' from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
  • It will prompt you to enter you email address then your password.
  • Once logged in you will see a heading with 'Your Subscriptions' below this you will be able to select 'Edit' on the subscription you would like to pause or cancel. Click 'Edit'.
  • Then click 'PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION' or 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION'.
  • Once you are ready to receive eggs again simply follow the above instructions but select 'RESUME SUBSCRIPTION' instead.

I'm not eating as many eggs as I thought and I would like to change my subscription to fortnightly?

  • On a desktop click 'SIGN IN' in the top right hand corner or on a mobile device select 'My ACCOUNT' from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
  • It will prompt you to enter you email address then your password.
  • Once logged in you will see a heading with 'Your Subscriptions' below this you will be able to select 'Edit' on the subscription you would like to change. Click 'Edit'.
  • You will see a drop down option next to Delivered that says 'Weekly', change to 'Fortnightly'.
  • Sign out and you're all done.

I would like to add another dozen eggs to my subscription but not another food waste collection?

  • Head to our shop www.circulareggs.co.nz/shop/
  • Select 'Eggs on subscription'.
  • Select size you want, frequency of delivery, the quantity then select 'Buy on subscription'
  • Select 'Checkout' and follow the prompts.

How do I update my credit card details?

  • On a desktop click 'SIGN IN' in the top right hand corner or on a mobile device select 'My ACCOUNT' from the drop down menu at the top of the page.
  • It will prompt you to enter you email address then your password.
  • Once logged in you will see a heading with 'Your Subscriptions' below this you will see "Your subscriptions use  "Credit card type" ending in xxxx" click "EDIT".
  • Put in your new card details click "UPDATE CARD".
  • Sign out and you're all done.
